The moment the priesthoods changed!

How does Yochanan Ben Zachariah "restore all things?"

This past Yom Kippur (6023 FC), we were reading about what happened to Ye'shua on that year's Yom Kippur when He was here (Chronological Gospels, page 151). Yom Kippur is when the courtroom in Heaven is open and legal proceedings take place. On that night it was ruled that Ye'shua was now the new and final High Priest in the order of Melchizedek! That night He was transfigured and He was seen in all His glory!

But as I was reading to everyone, I realized that I had never seen Mark 9:11 before! I asked the table of people, "what does it mean when Ye'shua said that Yohannan would "restore ALL things?" And Riley instantly saw it and said, "the High Priests would be changed, restoring YHVH's Plan A!" I instantly saw and of course! A ton of verses began to make sense for me. Check it out here....

YE'SHUA SAID THAT YOHANNAN WOULD RESTORE ALL THINGS

(the levitical Cohen Gadol would restore all things, by passing the baton to Ye'shua, who could truly RESTORE ALL THINGS HIS FATHER COMMANDED )

  • The disciples asked Him, “Why then do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?” Ye'shua replied, “Elijah does indeed come, and he will restore all things. But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but have done to him whatever they wished. In the same way, the Son of Man will suffer at their hands.” Then the disciples understood that He was speaking to them about Yochanan Ben Zachariah (John the Baptist)." Matthew 17:10-13

  • And they asked Ye'shua, “Why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?” He replied, “Elijah does indeed come first, and he restores all things. Why then is it written that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected? But I tell you that Elijah has indeed come, and they have done to him whatever they wished, just as it is written about him.” Mark 9:11-13

YE'SHUA EQUATES HIS MIKVAH BY YOCHANAN WITH 'FULFILLING RIGHTEOUSNESS'

(the two of them were fulfilling YHVH's plan)

  • "At that time Ye'shua came from Galilee to the Jordan to be mikvahed by Yochanan. But Yochanan tried to prevent Him, saying, “I need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?” “Let it be so now,” Ye'shua replied. “It is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness in this way.” Then Yochanan permitted Him. As soon as Ye'shua was mikvahed, He went up out of the water. Suddenly the heavens were opened, and He saw the Ruach of Elohim descending like a dove and resting on Him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased!”

YOCHANAN ACKNOWELDGES YE'SHUA IS THE ONE

(Ye'shua's Eternal Priesthood was BEFORE Yochanan)

  • "...Yochanan answered them, saying, I mikvah with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose...The next day Yochanan seeth Ye'shua coming (out of the wilderness) toward him, and cried out, "Behold the Lamb of YHVH, which taketh away the sin of the world!" This is he of whom I said, 'After me comes a man which is preferred before me, for he was before me.' I did not know His identity, but I came to mikveh with water so that He could be openly declared to Israel..." John 1:26-30

YE'SHUA SAID YOCHANAN WAS THE GREATEST EVER BORN

(the last Levitical high priest to recognize the new High Priest, Ye'shua ha'Mashiach)

  • "Truly I tell you, among those born of women there has risen no one greater than Yochanan the immerser. Yet even the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. From the days of Yochanan the immerser until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subject to violence, and the violent lay claim to it. For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until Yochanan. And if you are willing to accept it, he is the Elijah who was to come. He who has ears, let him hear." Matthew 11:11-15

YOCHANAN SAID HE MUST DECREASE SO THAT YE'SHUA CAN INCREASE

(the levitical priesthood would decrease and the Melchizedek Priesthood would increase)

  • "I am not the Messiah, but I am sent before Him.' The bride belongs to the bridegroom, but the friend of the bridegroom rejoices greatly when he hears the voice of the bridegroom calling for his bride. This is how my greatest joy is fulfilled. He must increase, but I must decrease."

YHVH SWORE BY AN OATH TO HIMSELF THAT HIS SON WAS THE HIGH PRIEST IN THE MELCHIZEDEK ORDER

  • "... but Ye'shua became a priest with an oath by the One who said to Him: "YHVH has sworn and will not change His mind: 'You are a priest forever.'" Hebrew 7:21

  • "So when YHVH wanted to make the unchanging nature of His purpose very clear to the heirs of the promise, He guaranteed it with an oath." Hebrews 6:17

  • "For when YHVH made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by Himself, …" Hebrews 6:13-18

  • "YHVH  is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" Numbers 23:19

  • "YHVH hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek." Ps. 110:4

  • "And in another passage Elohim says: "You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek." Hebrews 5:6

  • "... and was designated by YHVH as high priest in the order of Melchizedek." Hebrews 5:10

  • " ... where Ye'shua our forerunner has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever in the order of Melchizedek." Hebrews 6:20

  • "...For it is testified: "You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek."" Hebrew 7:17

THE UNTIL CLAUSE THAT MAKES THIS CHANGE POSSIBLE

(When Shiloh came (Ye'shua) things changed! Starting with a new Royal Priesthood)

  • "The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be." Genesis 49:10

The Baton is passed!

"Legally, there is only one Cohen Gadol (High Priest). Annas and Caiaphas were appointed by Rome, although neither of them met the qualifications for the position. Yochanan the son of Zecharyah, a cohen, was the divinely appointed High Priest who would announce the arrival of the Messiah." The Chronological Gospels, page 68.

  • Yochanan was the LAST legitimate high priest in the temporary, Plan "B", imposed Aaronic / Levitical order.

  • Ye'shua was made the final High Priest in His Father's Eternal Order of Melchizedek.

Ye'shua said that Yohannan was the 'greatest ever born', because Yohannan would be the one to announce the change in High Priests! Yohannan would pass the baton to Ye'shua, per say. Yohannan knew that "Plan B" (the Levitical priesthood) needed to decrease so that YHVH's "Plan A" (the Royal Priesthood given to Ye'shua) would increase!

Yohannan restored 'all things' by acknowledging that the imposed Levitical order (Deut. 31:26) with it's extra schoolmaster law was over (Col 2:14) and that YHVH's original plan for Israel to be a 'nation of priests unto Him' (Ex. 19:6) with the light burden of His Covenant Law (Matthew 11:28-30) was RESTORED through the new High Priest, Ye'shua (1 Peter 2:9)!

This is AMAZING! PRAISE YHVH ELOHIM!
